Default Change fields position in order form.
In Russia adress fields used in the following:

- Country
- Postal Index
- Region
- Town
- Street...

I open xc5_address_field and xc5_address_field_translation tables in database and change value in [ID] column.

Fields in order form swapped, all OK.

Question: it is correct? will not be any problems when updating X-CART?
