Default Ideal Responsive speed bar

I don't see the speed bar in Ideal Responsive (v. 4.6.4) as being responsive in close-to-desktop screen widths. Only when reducing screen size after a specific size, the 2nd hidden tab style takes over with relative width values ("visible-xs" class becomes visible, whereas the previously visible "hidden-xs" class becomes hidden), but then there are problems with the text not fitting in the tab, cause every <li> acquires the same width, equal to the total width of the header, divided by the no of speed bar links.

Also, some links are not displayed, in the case speed bar has quite a few links, like for example, 10. They get wrapped in two rows and one row is not visible.

I would like the speed bar to vary it's width accordingly (actually follow the .header or .line1 width and keep being in one row), thus presenting a more responsive behavior.

I was wondering if there has been any solution or patch related to this, before I start working on it.
