This is kinda tough. I have been going through templates and the language things.

Can you tell me where I can change this-

It used to say QUEUED or PROCESSED and my concern now is that customers may be confused getting two emails saying Q and P.

Is there a user manual that goes over where things are in the templates or language things? I am finding that clicking on a lot of these is not working out.
