The xcart site is not live.
Also, the invoice shows up only after testing a CC.

I have uploaded a snippet of the Xcart 'order confirmation invoice' page to my current site so you can see an image of what I get.

On the snippet you will see that I added the shipping address below as 'additional information' but I realy just want it to go to the 'shipping address' stuff to the right of the 'billing address'.
Making this option work is not available anywhere that I can find.

The billing/shipping info just duplicates.

Is it possibly because I turned off ENABLE SHIPPING in general shipping options? I did this because I am including shipping in the total price and with the ENABLE SHIPPING 'on', a message appears at checkout .
