I don't have any real time payment gateway for the site.

I need to know, is it possible to configure x-payment for collecting card information alone.

I have seen x-payment video, where they use the saved card information along with Authorize.net or other payment gateway. But, I want to use it without any payment gateway.
Is it possible?

What is the best way to go without any real time payment gateway as my business won't allow it.
