I don't know of a module that does this. Do you have some details on how you would like the analytics to work? For example, what would you want the admin to be able to see, judge, etc? Would you want the A/B testing for just a specific time frame? What if you have product options or variants? How would you determine the price change? What about testing descriptions and pictures for A/B testing?

A lot could go into a module like this.
