Hey verizona,
Tony wrote a custom module to remove the Powered by on the Mobile.
Look at this thread:

...and you will see the Module download link on the #3 post by Tony.
You download the Module to your computer.
- Open your admin section of your site.
- Scroll over "Extensions" top right side of page
- Click "Installed Modules"
- Click "Upload add-on" button
.... then proceed with the instal.
