Been to both, loved each. The first (in the safe room) was nice as it was a space away and it did actually dampen the regular noise a little. The second was in the public area and it was a busy night with various parties going on. Harder to talk, but it was manageable.
Maybe a few posts on Facebook will do the trick on finding a different venue. I liked the venue at the bank, but once inside, it's no different than any other bar
It definitely needs to be in a public setting though and not in the meeting room/banquent room of a Ramada Inn. That said, the bar at the Hilton was a pretty hopping place!
I plan to be there, and likely Kim (wife) will be going also and making a weekend of it!
