Please correct me if I'm wrong - I'm the newbie here and I'm definitely still learning.
All of the templates I've scrolled through so far reference either: 1) other templates or other ".tpl" files, or 2) text files (label, mail, etc.) or "$lng" files. I performed a search in the language area for all menu items, and the words "manual processing" couldn't be found - or at least I couldn't find them. I found no reference to this in any of the mail templates either.
In this case, I believe this may be one of those hard coded things found only in a php file. If the value does exist elsewhere, I have yet to find it.
