Hi Imazeu,
That's odd - can you tell me the ticket ID's (you would have received an auto email with the ticket id as soon as you submitted the ticket). I can follow up on the tickets if you can give me the ID's.
If you have not gotten these emails, then I reckon they have been moved into your spam folder or stopped by your mail server.
