I have been given the following code from Clix Galore to place on the order_message.tpl file. (1234 is in place of the customers account code)

It's not working.
I was told to do the following by Clix Galore (below in red), which makes no sense to me as the variables they're talking about aren't in the code already look like they've got the correct x-cart code in place.
Please note the variable SALE_AMOUNT_HERE needs to be replaced with the variable from your custom cart that holds the net order value.
The variable AN_ORDER_ID needs to be replaced with the variable from your custom cart that holds the order id
Anyone had any experience with this?
