I am facing a problem in admin for running sql patch and taking sql backup in 4.6.0 migrated platinum version.

Access denied !
Access to the resource you are requesting is allowed only for registered IP addresses. The IP address you are currently using is not registered with the system. A request for registering your IP address has been sent to your email. More info

Error ID: 82

Any settings need to change in admin? Or need to change config.php file?

Please let me know as I cannot able to install reboot without solving this.
