I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have just tested it using a test X-cart installation, by enabling and disabling the module. My tests show that the monitoring service is turned ON and OFF correspondingly, without problems.
Anyway, please do not hesitate to contact us via the Helpdesk area in case it does not work properly in your X-Cart store.
If you have disabled the X-Monitoring module in your X-Cart admin back-end, but still keep getting the notifications from the service, please let us know what specific domain / store URL is affected by the issue, so we can thoroughly investigate the issue for each particular case.
