Where can we get some technical support for this module? We have installed it and the module appears to be working ok (in that it sees abandoned carts and doesn't cause any errors anywhere on our website), but when we try to send the notification email to a customer we see a message appear at the top of the screen in a pink box which says "Notification to
customer@email.com customer was not sent". How can we fix this? All other notifications are working ok on our x-cart installation.
