For anyone else having issues with a "Closed Store" being able to be accessed without using a shopkey, Carrie got back with me on the proper procedure to close your store and have Speed Booster function.
Please do the following when ever you Close or Re-open your store.
1. In General Settings make sure "Close your shop temporarily" is correctly set and apply the changes.
2. Then go to the Speed Booster Settings Page and click on the "Save>>" button to save the current x-cart status of Open or Closed. You don't have to change any settings. Just click on the "Save>>" button.
