a change like you describe below is not to be a paid one (i.e. adding "www." to an existing domain in license URL). Seems to be a malfunction somewhere. Contact us via your HelpDesk account and we will resolve the issue.

For some reason I an getting an web address error message when trying to verify the cart installation. Now that is pretty low that we own the license, but have to pay to change the domain that it points to, when it is an automatic process.
