Really? I'm not.
I created a ticket to have my CDSEO Pro transferred from one domain to another. That was on March 19th.
The ticket hasn't even been assigned yet, and today we have March 24th.
You know, I'd purchase the module for the new domain, I don't mind, but what's the guarantee that I get the files promptly?
We're talking e-commerce here. Every day of delays is money lost.
This is not the first time those delays happen.
I've dealt with Jon for years, and for the most part, I've been very happy with the relationship we've developed. But, ever since the beginning of an overhaul of their site, the service has been sub-par, the say it mildly. I understand that Jon was very busy with the new site. But, as it's my understanding, the major part, or perhaps, all of the overhaul has been completed. Why does the first response to a ticket with a 'High' priority take so long? I changed the priority to 'Critical' this morning. Just to see if that makes any difference.
