Customer Note
Was wondering if this is possible, and if so, what the proper steps would be to achieve it...
We utilize PayPal for all of our payment processing. We have a few customers who would rather not use PayPal. I have verbally committed to these customers that whenever they need to place an order, they can contact us by phone and we would process their order in-house via our CC terminal.
Problem is, the customers seem to forget my promise and simply order and pay through PayPal... and again, mention in the customer notes that they wish we used something other than PayPal. It's as if they don't remember our phone order commitment.
I was hoping there was a way where each time specific customers login, they are presented with a pop-up, or a banner message, that reminds them to call in to place an order to bypass PayPal. Again, this would need to be customer specific... not a generic message to all who login.
Possible?
