If you go to your x-cart admin area and cllick into the Busy Kitchen admin section, you will see a section called "Submenus & Quick links Setup " - on this page look for the section titled
Homepage Quick links 4 column menu
Add/Remove link details from this section as you wish

hi, will, i am not talking the content, i wish to move this part to foot.tpl now it's only in home page, i wish it show in every page even in product detail page, thanks
