Hello Great Forum Users

1. I am not sure how xcart saves the users cart but sometimes the cart is gone.

2. Of course the user is logged in picks her items and goes away for a while. I think when she left she closed her browser.

3. When she comes back and logs in her shopping cart is 100% gone. Her items do not exist and she has to reorder.

4. I think if the browser is not closed and she comes back later the items stay in the cart.

5. So my question is what does xcart do to keep the users items in their shopping cart when she is logged in.

6. What keeps the items in the cart when she logs out

7. What keeps the items in the cart when the user shuts down her browser?

I tried this on Chrome - Firefox - IE Is it Browser settings. I need my users to keep their cart information.

Any and all advice with this would be greatly appreciated.
