Hi Mate,
That should be as simple as going in to webmaster mode (Tools -> Webmastermode -> Enable) then clicking on the text and it will allow you to change the wording.
Loving the quality of the stuff on your site btw, the products look cracking. A wee tip for usability would be to add some nice little thumbnails to your categories pages as it will make them look much better.
Wish I had the spare cash to buy some of these awesome swords. A nice claymore would do the trick but i'm sure the mrs would take it off me and use it on me for spending more money
