hello guys, i have a massive headache lol ,

i have the most recent X-Cart release 4.5? .. and i cant seem to find the OFFLINE PAGE Template, i want to edit it , i will be offline for sometime , and i do not want the default offline template , its not my style, where can i edit this template and its CSS attributes.

thanks a bunch ,i tried looking everywhere, i cant find it, please help on this matter.
