David, you could use your cell phone provider's email to sms system. You can send emails to
xxxxxx@vtext.com and you get that as text message.
xxxxxx would be your phone number and @vtext.com is the address verizon provides.
You would just need to ask your cell phone provider which address to use to receive emal as text
