I'm using 4.5.2 too, I had issues with CDSEO and got SQL errors aswell, I think he sorted that out when I submitted a ticket a while back but then I noticed CDSEO turning off randomly, very annoying and a serious issue when it comes to SEO.
I'm assuming everyone who has this issue has either installed the latest CDSEO version or installed google rich snippet tools
