4.5.4 is out now, the upgrade packs will probably be at least a week I would guess.
And I bet the new E4 module goes to their page still. I don't think it is the kind where it stays on your cart. Unsure. I really would like that too, but it requires a lot more to be compliant. Probably not worth it.
