We have absolutely no problems here I can assure you that.
We don't check twitter for "support" questions sorry.
We answer all support questions in rotation (not because they are angry) . Also, keep in mind... all our support is FREE, you don't have to purchase support points or pay anything extra.
Our "Live Chat" facility is fully operational - we have it running about 4 hours each day - as many customers were using it as a support "hotline" - this is not what is was setup for.
Can you contact Qualiteam support directly via a live chat facility? No you can't - for this exact same reason.
Yes, we do ask customers to email us so we can reset their license count after they change the domain on their license more than 3 times in quick sucsession. It takes 1 minute to set it.
Keep in mind, we work 5 days a week 9-5. When you take timezone differences into account there may be some delays in responding. But we can not respond when we are not in the office.
Herman, lets leave it at this... if you are not happy with our products or services - I can arrange a full refund for you... even though you purchased the template over 1 year ago (this won't matter). We have no problem returning your money, just let me know.
