On my 4.1.9 x-cart store I created an order status called "Feedback", so when I change to this status an email is sent out to the customer to get their feedback in a form of Survey.. I have been trying to find the best "Survey form" to include in the email (in "order_feedback.tpl").. I thought about embedding Google Docs survey form, I also thought about the Survey mod I bought and installed by Jon@ websitecm.com years ago, but could not figure out how and where.. Can you help me on this? thanks in advance
