Try editing the css for the element to this:
.creviews-rating-box {
margin-top: 5px;
padding-bottom: 7px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
width: 110px;
}
Setting the margins to auto and supplying a width should center it. Hope that does the trick.
