Ecwid is a separate company now. They signed the agreement with IRCE so this is why they are mentioned in the IRCE 2012 list. That will be a joint booth for Ecwid and X-Cart/LiteCommerce.

I must thank you again, your entire staff at QualiTeam, and X-Cart (version 4.4.5) really helped me change my entire business, really, I am so happy with X-Cart, and my customers really enjoy my new website.
