Since we haven't changed anything in the module and FB-application code, the issue can be related to the FBJS (facebook javascirpt) problems.
The fact is that the Facebook stopped supporting this technology at the 1st January of this year (here is the proof: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/fbjs/). And there can be an unexpected bugs which won't be fixed.
Moreover, the Facebook will disable the FBML technology at all at the 1st June, so we can't speak with confidence that the "FacebookTab" application will be working after that date.
