Luke, once you site starts rocking with visitors, you might really want Captcha enabled, I'm certainly glad that it is installed and enabled by default now.
Look for it in Modules, you can turn it off or on plus define which pages you want to use it specifically, as well as other options. Really nice feature of X-cart, good job QT.
