Phil,
I have done a CSS Validator and there seems to be a lot worng within these directories
http://www.anewagephoenix.com/skin/smart_template/custom/css/common.css
http://www.anewagephoenix.com/skin/smart_template/css/altskin.css
http://www.anewagephoenix.com/skin/common_files/lib/cluetip/jquery.cluetip.css
could this be the problem with the chrome not loading properly?
