Phil,
Have you tried the chrome browser? The page will not load all at once, it loads in sections, background colour first. i have tried two computers and several browsers and i get different results, but always slow to load page altogether common in all.
The problem persists if you check the test site
www.anewagephoenix.com/store it does not load like the live site.
Please see attached header with the warning from the chrome browser.
