Did you upload them using the detailed product images module? If so, have you checked your settings for that module? ie. (GENERAL SETTINGS > MODULES > DETAILED PRODUCT IMAGES) There's a check box to display thumbnails of the detailed pictures underneath the thumbnail. Or you can just display the images in the body of the Product details page.
