The slider is included in the regular version of the module. If you want to edit the way the slider looks, you have to do that yourself - the customization of the slider is not included. I hope this is more clear
I'll let you know when CDSEO Pro is supported - as I have mentioned, probably in about one week.
We haven't encountered any problems with any other popular mods so far.
