Default Deselecting option in General Settings did not remove
Running 4.4.3
Found the "enable issue number and valid from fields in the CC info form" in General Settings -> Payment Options. Deselecting it did not remove them from checkout page as expected...

Anyone else seeing same behavior? Need to get those removed...
