Well I tried it on another store and made things simple
I made 5 mail boxes in Cpanel for the domain:
provider@
This is also the admin and his mail is going directly in Squirrel mail.
admin@
user@
orders@
support@
The orders is getting the mail
However provider gets nothing from the x-cart store
But provider@ has no problem receiving mail
