Look at the properties of your new "option group" and look for this pulldown:
Option group type:
and select "Product variant" then save/update.

Now on your product modify screen you will see a link for "Variants" - that is where you will assign each of the calling levels for each "Parent" PhoneCard. Each of those variants you create will get their own unique SKU.
