Contact Us Form
I am wanting to reuse the contact us form as a Request a Catalog form. So I want the Contact Us and the Request a Catalog forms.
The thing would be when each form is filled out it would need to send out a different subject for the email.
Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so how?
