I seem to be having a problem moving the sale items below the image in the center of our xCart page (
www.knifegirl.com). I have edited the welcome.tpl but it's not moving the special offers below the image.
Can someone please tell me what code I am looking at moving and in what file? I know I have done this before but I am having a problem today for some reason.
