Okay, I did as you suggested and my address dissappeared in two locations. I now realize that the address placed in the middle is coming from the address I have at the top of my site (red squares in image). My problem now is trying to figure out which template (out of the many possibilities) this is located in so that I can remove it. The address at the top is located in lbl_phone_1_title. So I'm assuming that one of the many invoice templates is calling this out and placing it within the address on the invoice. Just need to figure out where...
