Re: Address appears twice on invoice - where to edit?
I'm sure you may have tried this but in General Settings > Company > Remove the company information that is being repeated from the corresponding field.
Yes meaning make them blank. Then create an invoice, see if the second address (which you outlined in a red box in the image) still appears.
If it does appear then you know it has nothing to do with General Settings and that information is coming from somewhere else.
Unfortunately I can't tell you where this is being generated, I have not yet tried to modify that portion of X-Cart yet.
It may be a bug? What about 4.4.1? Did you see this happening?
