On 01/17/11 I received an email from them stating they were getting back from a three day holiday and they apologized for the delay.
It is now 01/19/11 and I still don't have the product and they haven't responded to my last email.

We are sorry for the delay. We have got requests from our clients for this one issue, it is a bug in x-cart "When you register/check out, the shipping address is not carried to the profile when you order next time". This is not a bug in our module. so, we have decided to fix it and the latest patches of the module does support it by default. This got delayed.
