Almost have everything up and working but having a few problems with the checkout pages...
1. I am using Google Checkout, and I want to use it as my sole checkout option for now, however, when I remove all other payment methods. Clicking on Google Checkout just sends the user to the top of the page, instead of forwarding the user to Google to make payment. When I have other checkout options selected, it works fine.. How can I fix that?
2. The continue shopping button on top of the page does not work. Any insight on how to fix that?
3. Where do I remove the Add Gift Wrap Option in checkout?
