You may need third-party list management solution for this.
Basically you asking about integrating your business processes, which is more complicated, that simple autoresponder.
People use CRM systems for such purposes (actually for more than this, but needs starts with similar requirements).

You may want to manage things from central place and do one way sync to other one.
As quick solution - add two unsubscribe links and ask customer to do this (or do this yourself).
