Strange, i'll play with it some more. The DIV does not popup after the AJAX function has added the product to the cart. However if I refresh the page it pops up and works fine! Something must have changed with the add to cart code from 4.2 to 4.3.

I'll post what I find in case anyone else has this issue, or if anyone has this working on 4.3 and could give me some insight, awesome.
