Has anyone able to get FedEx Real-Time Shipping working correctly on this ver 4.4 release?
I got the FedEx options configured and confirmed that it is working on "Test Realtime Shipping Rates Calculation" page.

However, the "Shipping Method" is still erroring out during checkout with the infamous message "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a shipping cost estimate for this order".

The FedEx Shipping Methods have already been enabled and destination zone configured. On the test item, the weight and package dimensions have already been set. What Am I missing? Thanks!
