We've got X-payments almost completely setup but it's still not accepting credit card orders for Mastercard. I don't know why, it's a valid LIVE credit card number and it keeps returning to the payment screen with the credit card number field emptied out with the following message above:

"The marked fields are empty or have an invalid format."

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

VISA cards go through just fine.
