Thanks Ashley, It doesn't come up as an Image. This is my Wife's Site, and the URL is

I know its part of the Footer code, but it doesn't come up as anything.

Edit, OK I found it, it is a little gif file, called the "horz_separator.gif" I made a new one, Solved the problem. Thanks for the help.
