Default Trying to add a second country

Hello,

I currently only ship within Australia and am now expanding to New Zealand, so I need to add NZ as a country.

My cart doesn't show a country field ** time for potentially embarrassing admission - when I first set my cart up all countries were listed and I can remember that I couldn't get the country pull down to only show Australia. I think that I might have resolved this by somehow getting rid of the country field altogether. I can't remember what I did then, I'll blame it on my fading brain cells. I do always back up original files if I edit them but I can't remember what I might have edited. (I didn't think I'd ever be shipping outside Aus, so a lesson learned there for me).

So I need somebody to kindly point me to the tpl files that control the fields that show up in the registration area of the cart. I am assuming that my problem might be there. Any other advice about which parts of x-cart might be preventing the country field from showing up is appreciated.

I have tried disabling my One Page Checkout, so the problem isn't there - the country field still doesn't show up.
